I have a Bell and Howell 16-mm film projector, but I do not remember what it is screw - We Got It thread, but the picture is upside down - not the shiny side or!

Have you tried to turn around the screen?
What do you think the projector ..... Up Side Down beware .... heated.
When I worked in a theater with screwed the bar "above". That and should be meant by the coil at the top of the coil. It's probably different for each projector. Try it in the other direction. While in the slots it is not properly ruins of experiementing.
